We pack your case frozen in a dry-ice cooler and ship it on Monday. Orders placed by Sunday night go out the next morning.

It arrives frozen, usually in 1 to 3 days. Place the biscuits straight into your freezer.

Frozen biscuits on a sheet pan, 385°F conventional or 360°F convection, 22 to 24 minutes until golden brown. Split, butter, serve.

Will it arrive frozen?

Yes. Every case is packed in an insulated cooler with dry ice sized for the trip. We ship every Monday: orders placed by Sunday night go out Monday morning, and most arrive in 1 to 3 days. Place the biscuits in your freezer as soon as the box arrives.

Is shipping included?

Yes, our biscuit pricing includes the frozen shipping costs.

Where do you ship?

The lower 48 states. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or a few remote zip codes.

How do I bake them?

Don't thaw. Put frozen biscuits on a parchment-lined sheet pan about 1 inch apart and bake at 385°F conventional (360°F convection) for 22 to 24 minutes, until tall and golden brown. Rotate the pan halfway through. Times can vary by oven and altitude.

What are the ingredients?

Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), buttermilk, unsalted butter, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, palm oil), cane sugar, salt, sea salt.
